ABOUT US

 

Savages Crew is the small group of enthusiastic downhill maniacs from Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Our story began few years ago when we started to build short bike tracks on Trebevic Mountain located 15 minutes from Center of Sarajevo City.

As the time went on, we built more and more, so at the end we have managed to create complete full downhill track with length of about 2.4 kilometers.

We are constantly trying to improve course and make it even faster, more extreme and demanding for riders.

Crew is specially committed to preserve the natural environment through constant cooperation with environment experts and activists aiming to have minimum human impact on the nature.

Savages Crew is proud organizer of international downhill race TrebaDH under the rules of Union Cycling International with a highest grades for technical organization from UCI officials.

TrebaDH welcomes competitors all Europe who are fighting to overcome the challenging course and to compete for UCI points and rich money prize.

1. NOTICE

 1.1 Rules

  • TrebaDH 2017 will be held on 19th and 20th of August, under the rules of the Union Cycliste International UCI in class 2 and under the rules of the Cycling Union of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
  • TrebaDH 2017 will be held as Bosnian and Herzegovinian Championship and it will be scored for Croatian National Cup also.
  • All competitors who are participating in training sessions, qualifying and final race are accept these rules and obligation to respect them.
  • The Organizer will not be held responsible for any legal consequence due the injuries or any reimbursement for equipment.
  • The Organizer shall not be liable for offenses committed by drivers toward third parties.
  • Competitors under 18 are obligated to bring parent approval to participate the race. Approval must be submitted during collecting starting package with all informations fill in. PDF statment
  • Competitors under 18 have to be escorted by the adult person (parent or club member) who’ll take responsibility..

 

2. PARTICIPATION

2.1 Categories

  • Men Elite/Men Junior/Men Masters/Men Hobby/Women Hobby

2.2 Points 

  • Men Elite (UCI point system)

 2.3 Registration and fees 

  • Number of participants is limited on 100. Registration will be closed after the quote is filled.
  • The Organizer leaves the possibility for registration after the quote is reached directly via email: trebadh.registration@savagescrew.com
  • Registration will be possible to submit until 31.07.2017, per price of 30EUR or 60KM, registration from 01.08.2017 until 15.08.2017 will be 35EUR or 70KM.
  • Registration fee after 15.08.2017 will be 45EUR or 90KM.
  • Trough the registration processes it is required to fill in necessary informations and make a payment.
  • Group registration will be possible to submit with sending fully fill form via email: trebadh.registration@savagescrew.com,  registration will be possible to complete with coupon or code which will be sent on email address of the club or a person who is sending registration request.

 

 

 2.4 Cancelation  

  • To cancel participation in the race it would be required to submit proper medical report or other valid document until Friday 15.08. 2017, otherwise request will not be considered. Cancelation fee will be 5EUR or 10BAM.

2.5 One Day License

  • Competitors without UCI license are required to get one day license trough the Bosnian and Herzegovinian Cycling Union
  • One day license will be issued during the time of collecting starting package.
  • Price for one day license will be 5EUR or 10KM.
  • For competitors from Bosnia and Herzegovina one day license is included in registration fee.
  • For foreigner competitors one day license is not included in registration fee and it will be paid during the time of collecting starting package.

2.6 Schedule 

 FRIDAY 18.08.

  • 10:00 – 18:00 On foot (Without transportation)
  • 12:00 – 18:00 Unofficial Training (Without Shuttles Services, Medical Assistance, Mountain Rescue or Marshals on Track)

SATURDAY 19.08.

  • 08:00 – 10:00 Starting Package Pick Up (At Info Desk Finish Area)
  • 11:30 – 19:00 Official Training (Shuttle Service Provided, Medical Assistance, Mountain Rescue and Marshals on Track)

SHUTTELS DEPARTURE FOR PRACTICES: 10:00, 11:45, 13:00, 14:15, 15:30, 16:45, 18:00

IMPORTANT NOTICE: COMPETITORS WHO ARE NOT READY ON TIME WILL NOT HAVE OTHER OPPORTUNITY TO BE TRANSPORTED TO THE START. COMPETITORS ARE ASKED TO RESPECT SCHEDULE.

 SUNDAY 20.08.

  • 10:00 – 12:00 Official Training (Shuttle Service Provided, Medical Assistance, Mountain Rescue and Marshals on Track)

SHUTTELS DEPARTURE FOR PRACTICES: 09:00 and 11:00

  • 13:30 – 15:00 Qualification Race

SHUTTELS DEPARTURE FOR QUALIFICATION: 12:15

  • 16:30 – 17:30 Final Race

SHUTTELS DEPARTURE FOR FINALS: 15:15

  • 18:00 – Award Ceremony

ORGANIZER RESERVES THE RIGHTS TO CHANGE SCHEDULE AND TIMING, IN ORDER TO PROVIDE GOOD AND FAST TRANSPORTATION OF COMPETITORS. ALL CHANGES WILL BE ANNOUNCED THROUGH THE SOUND SYSTEM AND INFO BOARDS WITCH WILL BE AT FINISH LINE AND IN AREA FOR COMPETITORS AND TEAMS. 

 2.7 Transportation  

  • The Organizer will provide enough number of vehicles for transportation of all competitors and their bicycles.
  • Exact transportation schedule with time lines will be displayed in zone for teams and competitors.
  • Competitors are obliged to respect departure time in order to be transported to the top of the track.
  • All interested competitors who would like to held training sessions before 19.08.2017, should contact organizer by 15.08.2017 or earlier in order to provide enough number of vehicles.
  • The Organizer is not responsible for an additional transportation costs for extra training sessions.

 2.8 Qualification and Final Race

2.9 Timekeeping   

  • Scores will be measured by chronometer and it will be displayed at finish area on a display screen and participants will be informed trough the announcements also.

2.10 Awards  

  • Medals and trophies will be given in all categories for first three positions. The Organizer will provide additional awards with support of our sponsors and partners.
  • Money prizes will be provided in accordance with the rules of the Union Cycling International (UCI) as it follows:

4.1 Accommodation 

4.2 Camping  

  • Camping area is provided near the track as a part of the mountain lodge Trebević. All competitors and teams who are interested for camping need to contact the Organizer in advance via email: trebadh.registration@savagescrew.com
  • The Organizer does not provide tents and other camping gear.

5.2 Starting packages and numbers

  • Starting packages and numbers will be distributed at the info desk which will be located in the teams and competitors area. Starting packages and numbers will be distributed using the registration order.
  • Distribution time: Friday 18.08 from 12:00 until 18:00 (Info desk) and Saturday 19.08 from 07:00 until 09:30. (Info Desk)
  • All competitors are obligated to have front starting numbers on their bicycles at the practice sessions, qualifying and final race.
  • Back numbers will be displayed only at the time of qualifying and final race.
  • All competitors are obligated to return back numbers to the Organizer after the race!

 5.3 Protective equipment  

  • Competitors are obligated to wear full face helmets during the practice sessions, qualifying and final race.
  • Other protective gear is desirable and recommended to wear.

 5.4 Notice changes

  • Organizer reserves the rights to change the propositions of the race. In that case participants will be timely informed through the sound system and on information board witch will be at area for team and competitors.
